SCS: Speaker Control Software The monitors can be configured and controlled through a dedicated network: The FAR Link. The control software is very powerfull. It gives access to all the tunable features of the monitors in just a few mouse clicks. It has been designed to offer great ergonomics to the user. The complete network status can be saved in a file and reused later on if a speaker has to be exchanged or to bring back a system in a given state. We offer to our customer to maintain a database with all their settings in our Members area. It is always accessible and backups are made regularily. RC1: Wired Remote Control The Remote Control connects to the FAR Link network and allows the user to set the speaker level, mute and reach a predifined level. It is a very convenient tool when a specific volume control is not present on the monitoring output of the mixing console. Have a look to the User Manual.

Custom Controllers Multiple accessories can be connected to the FAR Link network. Custom controllers can be developped upon customer request. The presented module mutes the speaker system when an external relay is activated (by whatever event that can happen in a studio and requires the speakers to mute). Other controllers can be made, like infrared RC5 receivers that will allow the user to use a traditional infrared remote control to modify a given set of parameters in the speakers.
